REGULAR CLEANING:
All Areas:
We use a color-coding system of microfiber cloths and scrub-sponges to eliminate cross contamination.
-Remove cobwebs
-Furniture dusting with microfiber
-Pictures and wall hangings individually cleaned
-Dusting of electronics
-Trash Emptying
-Hardwood floors’ mopping
-Blinds dry dusting (no mini blinds)
-Windowsills dry dusting
-Ceiling fans dry dusting

-Stairs vacuuming
-We make beds and change linens (if clean set is left for us on the bed)
-Laundry room’s dusting, sweeping and mopping

-Couch and/or sofa vacuuming and pet-hair removal
-Kitchen and bathroom’s cabinet doors, outside cleaning
-Ceiling fans and light bulbs wet cleaned
-Chandeliers’ dusting and wet cleaned (if reachable) We’ll use a 24″ extension and a three-step stool)
-Light switch plates’ cleaning
-We wipe clean all small kitchen appliances
-Furniture polishing
-Hardwood floors cleaning and polishing (we do not use machinery for polishing)
